I really enjoy using theses needles, even with an oil based medication. They are very sharp and smooth which allows for pain free injections. I use a larger gauge for needle for drawing testosterone and switch to this needle for intramuscular injections. I have no issues with slowly pushing oil through the 25g and it has made for a very comfortable process. Is use the 5/8” for IM injections in my deltoid and quad injections. It is long enough to get into the muscle and I have not experienced any post injection pain from these needles. I will not hesitate to purchase these again when needed.

Terumo brand sharps and syringes along with BD are hands down the best there are on today's medical supply market. If you want to tell yourself there isn't a difference between them and all of the cheap brands then by all means keep lying to yourself. If you have to take daily or weekly intramuscular injecting and like it being smooth and painless and you have the option to purchase your own medical supplies then do yourself a favor and don't cheap out.

Used for my testosterone same size i get from my doctors it was just delayed for a bit cane right in Tuen for my next shot

I don't use these needles for injections--- just to get the medicine out of the vial for my nebulizer--- so the tiny insulin-size needles are just too small and annoying. I really like this larger gauge, and I like that I can put them on 1 ml syringes, rather than the big monster syringes. They're really convenient, especially since I just have to put the needless in my sharps container, not the whole syringe.

Easier for injecting thicker medication

This product is just as advertised. It works well with other manufactures syringes and does the job well. I would purchase from here again.
