Lost my switch charger and ordered this to replace it. First one was faulty but Venom were quick to replace it with a functioning one at no extra cost.

The power supply works perfect! Cable is of decent length. Solid build quality. It charges the Switch well, doesn't run hot either. No issues at all!My only complaint is that upon opening (brand new sealed from manufacturer), the entire power supply was coated in some sort of thin layer of grease which smelled chemically. I had to spray it with contact cleaner to clean it off. Very odd. I had no doubts that the actual device would function normally (it does) so I just put it down to a mistake in manufacturing... I did however drop it a star because of this.

My switch lives on one of those thread-the-power-cord-up-the-back-of-the-shelves bookcases, so moving it to a different room (which I do often) was a lengthy and annoying process - not any more! Works prefectly as a switch power cable, would recommend.

Does exactly what it needs to, no performance issues. Moulding of the plastic wasn’t the best quality, but that’s purely aesthetic.

Item does exactly what it says on the tin. Works perfectly for charging and docking the switch. I’ve had two of these chargers but after a 2/3 months they stop working. Customer service team were helpful and gave me a refund.Disappointed how long they last considering the price. Have ordered an official charger instead.
