Want to get your life together? Get it together with this!
Just get your life- all of it- pick it up- and get it together with this. It’s a fantastic guided journal. I bought it because I thought “I need to get my life together, and this looks like it will help me pretend to be getting my life together.”But now I think it’s actually working! This journal is filled with helpful interactive spaces for To Do Lists, Anxiety Trackers, Etc. I even make sure I’m hydrated! But it’s so much more than just a few bullet points for you to write out a reminder that you haven’t done your laundry in three weeks. This journal is carefully curated, interactive and fun. There are different activities for each day and included space just for free writing or drawing or whatever. This is an absolutely brilliant guided journal and anyone who needs some life-get-togethering (even just a little) should get it.Stay hydrated!

Journalling that's not a chore!
Super fun, cute, creative journal. I look forward to writing in this often. You can basically do whatever you want on the pages. I do like the goals listed out and being able to see progress but yet, not being hard on yourself when not complete.

Cool, just one thing..
Really cool; very helpful. Easy to start up and keep going.Only thing is there is a quote on the first page with the word “woman” in it that infers the book is for females.. which is awful because I bought this book for my dad 😐

Must buy!
Absolutely love this guided journal already and just started it today!! I also bought Emily’s guided “one breath at a time” (guided journal for anxiety and mental wellness) several months ago and have already filled it up. These journals are incredible, they encourage you to check in every day, just a little of your time to notice how your mind is doing that day. Absolutely love this journal, and you will too!

A mixed bag that's almost great
I bought this hoping to the format would work well for organization and managing self-care. I'm reviewing this journal from the standpoint of someone being told to utilize journaling for management / treatment of chronic illness and focus on self-care. The journal includes space for weekly goals, and breaks the week down into 5 workdays with a guided focus for each day. In addition to the weekly goal, each week gives some degree of an inspirational quote. Internally, the paper is a decent thick stock with a nice color for writing and using ink. I liked the weeks activities and quotes enough to keep this and see if it helps me get in a good habit over the next several weeks. Downsides: I'm not sure what the cover material is but it attracts every bit of dust anywhere in the room - leaving the journal with a constant tacky feeling. The binding is good, but not really as "lay flat" as I'd like (my common criticism it seems with all paperback "lay flat" bindings). The largest downside for me is the lack of sufficient days for week vs weekend (5 days versus 7 per week). There's nothing saying you couldn't simply rotate 5 selected days a week - but part of the reason for my journaling is also keeping track of health stats, and that's a more daily thing. There is a significant amount of extra pages for tracking / writing such things - but - those are all lumped together at the end. Each week includes only a single page (front and back) of extra space. If you're environment is relatively dust-free (eg: you don't take this outside!) - and you are focused on organizing / self-care for just week days - I'd give this a solid recommendation.

So Simple & Lovely
This journal is so easy to use, extremely thoughtful & takes just minutes to fill out each day. I'm enjoying the process of being more mindful as I wind down. I loved it so much I purchased a second one for my sister to use as well.

Easy, helpful guided journal
This guided journal is super helpful and structured. I’m not usually good with keeping up with journaling on my own; but this helps me keep a consistent journal. It also helps with handling my mental health.

Waste of money
I was very excited to use this journal. But some of the pages just fell right out. Very disappointed.

As shown.
Kinda basic, I gave it away to a friend. She loved it, not for me though.
