Samber Mix is nice product easy to make, although to make it perfect you need to add a pinch of Hing & some 1/4 tea spoon of Imli paste. Some half boiled vegitables too needed to be added, and you will have samver as good as any of the best South Indian Restaurant.

If you want a powdery sambhar
This is nothing like the watery, tangy 'fun' sambhar from sarvana or other s. Indian places....this will be chalky, powdery sambhar liketasting 'somthing'... ur call
