Since I just got this tablecloth, I can't attest to its stain resistance, ease in cleaning or durability. However, I can say I am very pleased with it! It's very rich looking, much like a linen cloth. Also, it is far thicker than the vinyl tablecloths I see in the stores. I expect it will hold up well. It reminds me of a vinyl tablecloth that was my mother's....over 40 years old and still quite nice. I didn't think they made them like that anymore, so I was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked this one!I would call this a 'GOOD, OLD-FASHIONED' tablecloth...far better than all the 'new and improved' stuff we usual have to settle for these days.

It's not easy to find a tablecloth for a long dining table (60x120) much less one that it is half way decent. I am very pleased with this one. I've only had it for a week so I can't speak of it's durability over a long period of time but it is easy to clean, fits perfectly and looks like linen from a distance (I bought the beige color). I am buying a second one as backup as I have 2 cats that when chasing each other, racing across tables is part of their game so having another tablecloth for when entertaining company may be needed.

I love this table cloth. It looks and feels like it's made from demask fabric. Much softer than normal vinyl coverings. Bought one. Then bought another in a different color. If you get a stain on it, like spaghetti sauce, just spray a little bathroom cleaner with bleach on the spot. Let it set a few minutes and it wipes completely off.

So far this product has met my expectation. The only down part is the stain. You have to use a strong detergent to take it off. Length okay but didn't cover my long dinning, not manufacturer's fault I believe..Quality id good.

Nice festive fabric-like look. Pretty durable to provide protection to a wooden table. Stain resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely will buy another color in addition to the beige I got
