Vital
I'm a middle school librarian. Last year, I needed to weed the science section of my library as it was severely outdated. I'm adding this book immediately. It's well written with solid science facts but also shows a possible progression of life without bees. It's good, short enough for some of my kids who struggle with science and engaging.

Bees book
It is probably my fault but I did not realise that this is a children's book. Perhaps others would realise this from the author or the series. However, as a children's book, it is informative and nicely illustrated.

Great informative read, even for early elementary students!
I am using this with first grader in my library to start our project-based learning about how to help save there bees. Great illustrations and facts, and the author writes in a clearly understandable way for little ones.

Excellent
Great for teaching grade 4 about keystone species and the impact humans have on animals. A must have for the class.
