Brass Captain's Bell 32935

The center screw was loose when I received it. I mention this because I read a review that said the bell fell apart the first time they used it. The first thing I did was tighten the screw and we have not had any problems. The bell is beautiful and bigger than I imagined. It was a gift to my boss who always said he needed a bell to ring when ever we broke a record or made a new client. He really seems to like his bell.

This turned out to be pretty crappy quality, but you get what you pay for. Got this as a gift for my father, so it was more of a fun surprise than anything else. Was fine I suppose for that purpose.

It's a dull brass, and it broke after my husband used it for a week to call the kids for dinner.
