Meswak Toothpaste, 200 Gram

I have been looking for a convenient and healthy alternative to fluoride toothpaste. A friend mentioned Meswak. I purchased it here on Amazon from this vendor, and after using it for about a week, I like it so far. The Meswak tastes like cinnamon to me which is quite pleasant in contrasts to another natural product, Neem leaf powder, which tastes bitter like tobacco. It leaves my teeth feeling clean and my breath smelling refreshing. I've only used it for a week.The only negative is this - the product gives you 30 months from the stamped date for usage. My product was stamped 07/12 which gives me only a few months of usage. Although I will more than likely be finished with this tube before the date, it would have been nice to have received a fresher product from the vendor.Other than that, I will more than likely repurchase this product.

Well the flavor is very licorice. It took a little bit to get use to the actual taste. But It is a decent product especially if your looking for something even more natural with added benefits the miswak gives. Always good to have on hand for those no taste miswak sticks :)

Just a nice foamy toothpaste with a nice licorice taste very mild and not very minty at all, if you have sensitivity this is supposed to be great for that, I personally use all types of dental products to get relief from over sensitive gums, and I have used similar types of toothpaste before. I cannot say for sure that it will be better for gums than a typical sensitive teeth toothpaste, which may be useful. But I have used it without any problems. Some of the herbal toothpastes are fine, others are too abrasive but this seems fine so I don't have any complaints. The flavor is fine. But I would add this may seem like an unusual flavor, if you're used to mint. I would give it a try.

I used a similar toothpaste many years ago and after a few months, I went for a dental checkup. The dentist expressed how impressed he was with the healthy, strong gums....unlike that he'd ever seen. Meswak Tootpaste comes from the same crop though the flavor is different from what I used in the past. I ordered two tubes of this product but see that from the time you receive it, there's an expiration date on guarantee of quality for about a year. With this in mind, happy brushing!

When I squeezed the tube toothpaste came out. Honestly i just wanted to rate this 4 stars and go. I rate the not being able to leave the headline or comment blank feature 1 star.

We first tried this toothpaste while travelling in India and found that it left our teeth feeling extremely clean and shiny, far more so than the usual brands. I will buy it again.

Meswak is very medicinal if you suffer from sensitive or bleeding gums. The taste is sort of like black licorice. The best tasting toothpaste I've ever used. I highly recommend Meswak, non-fluoridated toothpaste to anyone concerned about the dangers of fluoride.

Hi,when I first found out about that toothpaste, I LOVED it, so much!It gives you a very clean and fresh feeling, and ingredients seem to be all natural.I say SEEM because I heard very bad things about what they don't mention in their ingredients list. But it is only heard things, so I will not talk more about this. Let's talk about my personnal experience.So, I loved it so much that after the first one I got I decided to buy a bunch and save on delivery costs.I bought 6 of them. I used only this toothpaste everyday for about a month.I have very strong teeth and never ever had a tooth decay or such things.But, after a month using it some of my teeth developped very strong pain increasing everyday.I decided to stop this toothpaste and go for one with fluor inside, to fight tooth decay.It went better but the pain was still here. I had to go to the dentist, for the FIRST time of my life.He told me this toothpaste wasn't cleaning my mouth properly and I started to develop a tooth decay, which stopped when I switch for the toothpaste containing fluor.So, I think it's fine to use this toothpaste, but NOT only this one, that's my best advice I can give!Cheers!

I love the original meswak toothpaste, the one I was using in India and that is displayed here. However the product received was in green package, which does not matter, but the toothpaste itself is different too, there is less meswak in it. Unfortunately, haven't been able to purchase the original from UK, so this is still the best alternative so far.

Got to try this when staying with family in India.....love it so much that I have to keep buying now I am home! Very pleased I can continue enjoying it and does a great job.
