Better be ready to buy one of these about every year. I would suggest a different clock than Lathem altogether to avoid the continual failed motor scenario.

Fit perfectly and worked like a charm. Hopefully this one last longer than the one that came in it ( only lasted about a year ).

The Lathem time clocks are built to be fixed. This motor was fairly easy to install and fixed my timeclock at a fraction of the price of a new one.
