Worked wonders for our first son but our second did not like being strapped in it. If it works for you it is a game changer.For our second the Baby K’tan wrap worked to help him fall and stay asleep while freeing my hands.

No foul smell. I can’t tell if it is crooked. I do not have a fancy bouncer. I have a Graco. I slipped it on the Graco and it worked it’s magic. As soon as I ripped it open I put her on and she slept 2 hours. And I woke her up for a feed. She could have slept longer but I’m not comfortable yet. Baby girl is 11 weeks.

Bought this pillow for my grandson who was colicky. The best purchase ever. He took to it immediately and was very relaxed and comfortable. It was well worth the price. Very satisfied!

I know it’s up there in price but if you have a baby who can only be held without screaming or who even may need to be rocked for endless amounts of time before it will fall asleep this thing is worth every penny! My little girl will fall asleep after about 2-3 minutes and will stay asleep for at least an hour or two giving me time to get stuff done!

This is a must have for newborns who hate to be put down. My son cried if you thought about putting him down and was only happy laying on my chest. I was desperate for something to just give me 10 minutes to was bottles. I had seen this product when I had my first child but she was an easy baby and didn’t need it. But with this one, after a week and a half of constant holding or listen to screaming, I broke down and ordered it. As soon as it was delivered I ripped open the box and set it up on my mamaroo. I layed him down and strapped him in. This is a little tricky the first couple times you do it so I highly suggest having it as parallel to the ground as possible while strapping them in and then adjust the incline to a more upright position. It worked great for the first few minutes then he’d start crying again. So I put one of my t-shirts where he layed his head so it would smell like me. Turned on the vibrate and heart beat, and finally had a few minutes to get some stuff done. It only worked for him for a few weeks, but in those crucial weeks I would have paid even more for it. I did consider buying a used one, but I didn’t know if the cover was removable. It is. So I would say don’t hesitate to buy a used one because odds are they only used it for a couple weeks like I did.

This product is amazing! But before you purchase you must be aware that the hype isnt all it seems. This product will only work if your baby agrees with it..its a gamble with everything you buy with full intentions of using it for its purpose. The concept of this product is amazing i love it but my baby cannot fall asleep on it..she is gassy and always uncomfortable but the belly sleep style only works when she is on my chest..sadly this pillow is not equivalent to actual human contact. Just be mindful before buying if you are willing to spend the money and it not help can you suck that down or not.

The media could not be loaded.  Strapped my 5.5 week old into this with doubt she'd even fall asleep in it and to my surprise she knocked out. She was fussy in it for the first time for about 15 minutes. The second time I put her in while she was drowsy and she knocked out before I even finished strapping her in. The 3rd time she started off drowsy but became more alert after I burped her. She fussed for maybe 5 minutes, settled and passed out. I planned on doing a trial run with this for a week but within 4 days I decided it was a must keep item. I do use this in conjunction with the Shusher. While the intended use for this is to calm and relax, I use it for day time naps when I can watch her. It's made a huge difference as I can do housework instead of being a prisoner to my recliner or having her strapped to me.

As others have said this product is just not for everyone. We were frustrated that our baby suffering from severe acid reflux was not sleeping anywhere but on our chests. We were also frustrated that doctors told us the only option was to wait out the reflux and continue to sleep baby on his back. We decided to try the MamaRoo coupled with the Babocush and our baby absolutely hated it. Would last maybe 20 minutes. I’m glad this worked for some but for us we’re are returning the product. Other reflux parents out there I understand your pain but it will get better over time. Baby’s 2 months today and we are finally starting to see signs of improvement. For others out there, our baby is also on compound Prevacid medication that has helped the reflux pain but did not stop the spit up. Good luck!
