ViewLine 10.1-inch Digital Picture Frame, 16:10 Aspect Ratio, Wood Frame with Remote Control

This digital picture frame has a nice big 10.1" screen, and it is framed and matted pretty nicely. I'm a picture framer, so I'm kind of snobby about picture framing quality. There are two very frustrating problems with the frame however. First, the frame is extremely picky about what kind of SD disk it takes. It won't take just any disk. Be sure to read the instructions before you buy a disk to put your pictures on. Second, when are they going to make a decent digital picture frame that is also easy to use? The programming instructions are counter-intuitive and the buttons to do the programming are difficult to figure out. The instructions are ok, but not great. These frames cost a lot more money than the simplicity of the technology suggests they should. Can't the manufacturers give us a simpler product for the price?UPDATE: March 2015. Don't waste your money! This frame has been nothing but trouble. The remote doesn't work at all. I can't pause the slideshow to look at pictures. Then yesterday, it just stopped working altogether. It stayed stuck on the same picture until I screwed around with it for 45 minutes to reset it. The above mentioned SD card problem is a pain. This product is just way harder to own than is necessary and it isn't reliable.

You get what you pay for. I bought this because it was relatively large and not too expensive. Should have ponied up a few extra bucks. I bought it as a gift for my grandmother, and the interface is far too cumbersome for her to navigate. The worst thing is that the colors get all distorted when you look at it on an angle. What kind of picture frame is that?

The product looks and works great. The interface is a little hard to use but once you get it working, it works great.

Works really well and the pics are clear. The remote is very cheap and it does feel that the label on the buttons will break soon but the frame is worth the cost.

It did not have the best picture. It was muted and dim. I say this past tense because it stopped working.
