Bought 4 and had to do a warranty return with the manufacturer for one of them. That transaction went smoothly. Cameras a pretty good. I like that you can use a SIM card and don’t need to pay monthly for cloud storage for the video part.

Not what advertised. Does not work.
Item not as described. It is black not white. Does not connect to app. It's useless. Markings on actual camera are Altec not Vivitar. Contacting Vivitar.
