those are shock shafts in the pic.....but the paint is a very nice shimmering light blue. sprays easy, no lumps or chunks! You can thin with lacquer thinner and it will dry faster, but that is a more 'winter' thing, drys pretty fast as is.

This paint works so well with our spray gun we use for our RC bodies. Holds well for a long time. Even after real rough RC crashes.
