It's a lapel pin. A hat pin.I don't know where some of the low ratings come in at. It's a standard lapel pin with a standard backing. The pictures are very accurate.It's very detailed and looks very good.I've worn it a lot and am extremely happy with this purchase.

This pin is extremely tiny, it's worth $5 at mostThe pictures make it look bigger than it is, I would not purchase this head I had known, I do not recommend this item.

I bought this for a park ranger halloween costume and it was mistake. The pin looks nice and is high quality but my goodness is it tiny. My mistake for not looking at the size I suppose. The pin is super small.
