Note: I only use this sock for quick, easy coldness on my operated on foot. I have no clue if the gel packs truly last if you heat them--or if you just microwave the sock without the gel packs. You'll have to ask somebody else. Easy to slide on, once you figure out which side is up. It took a whike to realize that you have to slide a bare foot in the sock. It is wide enough to fit with a thin sock already on your foot--but you can't feel the cold pack as well if you do. There should be clear instructions on how it shoukd be worn & how to use the 2 small, hidden gel packs in the top & side of the gel sock. Wide enough for my swollen foot. I only use the right gel sock.

Not what I thought they would be. Not comfy at all and ice packs didn't stay cold

Helps cool off and soothes my hot achy feet. Wearing my slippers on top of them will push the cold packs up against the bottoms of my feet for more effective cooling.

They are very soft and stretchy. Very easy to use. The ice pack last about 30 min, its thin but really cold. Its feels cold but confortable. They have help for the pain in my right heel. I recomend this product.

The sock material has a rotting flesh odor, they smell similar to a dead rodent. I kept the gel packs and threw the socks away. Yuck!

They are made of good quality materials and they are easy to use. I’m always suffering from foot pain and this is the best thing I could use to relief my pain and to be able to sleep with more comfort and less pain.

Igia Foot Doctor Hot and Cold Pain Relieving Gel Socks are made in China of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. The socks come with two full size and two half size gel packs that can provide temporary heat or cold to help alleviate pain. The gel packs fit in the openings in the bottom of the socks and in the back of the socks. They can be frozen or microwaved to get the cold or hot relief. They can also be boiled but I have not tried that. The pain relief is temporary, lasting as long as the gel packs stay hot or cold. These socks fit well on my size 9 women’s shoe size feet. They are held in place with a hook and loop strap. Igia Foot Doctor Hot and Cold Pain Relieving Gel Socks work as expected and may be a good choice for either hot or cold pain relief in one’s feet.
