Fits tight double-cardan joint
Tried this adapter as recommended by Tom Wood’s driveshaft for a double cardan joint on my land cruiser. Needle is narrow & long enough to get it on that special zerk in the DC ball, without removing that end of the shaft. TW supplied a plastic adapter with the shaft, but this plews was a better (necessary?) fit with the shaft installed.

Leaks at the base of the needle
Mine came with a leak at the base of the needle so basically useless to me. Leaks more than goes into the fitting. Leaks without back pressure even!

I needed it for a special grease fitting. It did the job.

Broke pretty fast
I used it on a couple grease fittings and the tube snapped off with very little pressure.

Good for certain applications only.
Not very good unless you have application for this specific kin of tip. The short one that fits in grease nozzle fit my needs better.

It's small. It's Pointy. It works.
It's small. It's Pointy. It works. What more could one ask from an attachment to a grease gun? I like it, and use it to grease the bar of my chainsaw. Hope that makes the bar last a very long time! I would recommend this to anyone needing one.
