Helpful customer service
I purchased this rack online in early Sept of 2020. But upon opening the packaging, I found a much-needed plastic part hopelessly broken. However, when I contacted Richard in customer service, he promptly and without questioning me sent out a new part! Carefully packaged too! Now that's good service.
