Perfect!
Fan kit was an exact replacement. No wire/plug swapping. Just open the switch and remove a few screws. Place new fans in place and close the switch. Painless and perfect.

These were a perfect, drop in replacement for a Dell 5324 Poweredge that had a worn out fan. Replaced both and it's good to go. I had trouble with the odd Dell case fitment during re-assembly but no issue with these fans.
