RovnerC2M MK III Alto/Tenor Sax Ligature

I don't care how good a ligature sounds, If it does not do a PERFECT job of holding the reed in place when I need to adjust the mouthpiece, then I want nothing to do with it! This one passes the test, and sounds great. Most of the Rovner rubber ligs are great, and in my opinion, they are the among the best value vs performance ligs out there. Many of the cheapest 2 screw metal generic ligs work pretty well too, whereas many of the EXPENSIVE ligs cannot pass the reed hold test!! I probably have 60 ligs in my sack of woe, but this is the lig I use on my old Berg metal piece. It also fits some cheap chinese mouthpieces that I own and love, and works great on those as well. Soundwise, it is a bit huskier than the Rovner light models, and not as dark as the dark models.

i got this ligature for my runyon quantum alto sax mouthpiece and it fit perftectly. this ligature is great and the reed never moves around. this is by far the best ligature.

Did not fit my Selmer C* tenor mouthpiece. Neither on my Selmer C* alto mouthpiece. Return immediately!

初めてこのタイプのリガチャーを使用してみました。使用MPは、ヤナギサワメタルの６番です。締め付けすぎないで安定するためか、無駄な息の吹込みが少なくなったようで、同じ曲目、曲数を今まで通りに演奏の練習をした結果、サックス内に溜まる唾液の量が1/3は減少しています。（あくまでも個人の私感です。）低いシの音もかなり安定し、他の方もコメントしているようにリードミスが少なくなりました。C-2Mがヤナギサワ用のようで対応メーカーも記載されていてgoodでした。

とても良かったです。音も渋くなり、リードミスも少なくなりました。

This is a good quality product however be aware it does not fit resin mouthpieces. It doesn't state this clearly enough in the description. It is designed to fit slimmer metal mouthpieces only. Returned product immediately
