Very simple to assemble. Sturdy and they fit our new poolside adirondack chairs perfectly. I live in the Arizona mojave desert so I don't yet know how well they'll hold up in our severe summer weather but they are teak so I'm thinking they'll do better than most woods. Look nice and actually comfy for lounging!

I wanted a footrest that would slide under chair, when I get up. This one does.It is also wood. Nit sure if it is real wood, it appears to be.I tried to put it together. I am blind in one ete, so I didn’t succeed. My son had it assembled in 7 minutes.Does what I wanted it to do.

It comes in two pieces, top and leg. Also included are four screws and a hex key. Instructions are included, but you won't need them. It took maybe three minutes to assemble, and I am not great at assembly. It seems solid - as a foot rest, not a ladder or chair or other use. Looks nice and goes with my standard Adirondack chair. The box states that it was made in Malaysia if you have angst about origins. The price, when I bought it, was under $30. I definitely got my money's worth. I would recommebd this product.
