Wikki Stix Activity Set - Arts & Crafts Playset for Preschoolers- Made in The USA

Purchased for my 4 yr old and 6 yr old for use during an overseas move. We were in temporary housing for 2 months and couldn't bring all their toys. This kept them occupied and happy, even during rainy days inside. I was impressed with all of the imaginative uses they found for their wiki sticks. At one point they were being used for a calico critter rock-climbing expedition on the dining room furniture. I will be purchasing this product the next time we travel as a family.It left no mess! I prefer it to play dough because of the easy clean-up factor. I can testify that they they do not mark wood furniture, painted walls or white dinner plates and they do not require any special storage to stay malleable.

"Santa" bought this for Christmas for my four year old daughter. We had so much fun with it together. You can bend them, twist them, cut them with scissors to make smaller pieces, and create all sorts of things. We practiced letters and made pictures on the playboard. No messes to clean up. Although, it says you can draw on the playboard with crayon but my daughter couldn't wipe it off. I had to use some elbow grease to get it clean. Otherwise this is really different and very cool. I would recommend purchasing extra wikki stix if you want to make 3D creations like they have pictured on the box instead of just pictures on the playboard.

I like wiki stix and my kids love them. The designs in this one are way too complicated for my kids which is probably my fault for not reading. I have a 5 year old and he needs basic things. The board that comes with it is basically a dry erase board which is fine. But it's large--more like a lap desk. I was looking for something to stick in the diaper bag but this is a bit big.The kit doesn't come with reusable bags for the wiki stix so I used a lot of ziplocks and the ziplocks aren't quite long enough to store them upright.I still think these are great for creativity and fine motor skills.

Wikki Stix rule for airplane and car trips. The addition of the board is great for the car; and for the plane the stix alone are just fine because they stick to the seat in front of you, the tray table, the plane window. You can make 2D shapes and designs with them, or build 3D designs. They are inexpensive and durable, and very light weight (again, perfect for plane travel). Good for kids from about age 2 on (when they no longer put things in their mouths); fun for parents too!

Bought this as a gift for a 5 year old boy that is very into art of all kinds and had never seen Wiki Stix before. Not only could he not wait to use them, his mom said he spent hours playing with them the first day and continues to. He tends to be rough on things so I'll have to check up on them and see how they are handling but I know he has been using them a lot. This is a great gift for something different for kids. We also have a toy that uses the Stix as hair and can substitute these in there. Now lots of dolls have curly hair too.

Not worth it. The play board does not have any kind of border around it. It's just white board with raw edges that may or may not stand the test of time. The activities are just paper so I'll probably laminate them before using or definitely they won't last. Probably wouldn't have purchased had I actually seen this product in a store.

I had never heard of Wikki Stix until I was researching low maintenance crafts to keep my 4 year old busy on a flight. I decided to try them since they were so inexpensive, and it was the best decision I made. This was my daughters favorite craft to play with our entire vacation, and it kept her busy for long periods of time. I also love that they are low maintenance and no mess. They are just yarn with wax covering them, so like all wax, they will attract lint/hair, but I found them easy to clean off. I am glad I got this activity set that came with the board, we just stick them to the board when she is done playing, then put it all back in the heavy duty zip top bag that came with it. Bonus: They are reusable multiple times, just warm the wax up with the heat from your hands to make them more pliable.

Great set! My kids absolutely love these. They've made so many cool things and it keeps them busy. Great toy that's easily packed up and can be taken on a trip etc.
