The best
I have been 3D printing for around 3 years now and I have these bases on all my printers. The adhesion is perfect everytime (clean with alcohol wipes) and after the bed cools down pieces just come off, no scraping.

OK but warps after a while
Does what you need it to do. But warps after a while so had to buy replacement

Printed parts peeled off mid print
Half way through a 4 day print the printed parts began to lift from the bed leaving me with bed nests when they full came off. I’be been printing for 5 years so I’m not a noob.

Sticks Brilliant!
I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the build plate, but its like night and day from my old glass bed. PLA sticks amazing and takes a bit to peel off if not left to cool.No glue stick, just wipe with IPA every few prints.

Works great with pla and petg. Average with Abs. All in all a nice surface to print on.
