Good product. received item in a timely manner

Product fully met my expectations. Seems to be great quality at a great value. Only disappointment was it took two weeks to arrive even as a Prime member

Bought these ballast listed as "Used: Like new". Upon receiving them I installed them as I had all previous ballast with no issues and nothing. Pulled out an old tank of a ballast I had and presto! working light. Upon closer inspection both of the "Used: like new" ballast were slightly melted. I'm not sure how I missed it but I wasen't looking for defects. I trusted that Amazon had inspected and tested the returned ballast, but obviously not this time. I placed a call to Amazon and my only option was a refund, not a replacement, which I felt was justified. Customer satisfaction was not taken into consideration. Jeff Bezos wallet was the priority here. I calls em like I sees em.

GREATTTT value, product feels durable to the touch. Actually didn’t need after i realized it was a blown fuse but kept them anyways because they’re slim and i feel like they were better than what i had prior to them.

Right out the package one out the first pair didn't work. Once the replacements came in they worked for a while except one of the ballasts did not secure all the way in to the socket to lock. This eventually caused it to slip out and the light to not work. Aside from that, if you are lucky enough to get both working perfectly, they do pretty much what they are supposed to, especially for the price.
