This is an amazing fry pan. This is the perfect fry pan for eggs, that's for certain; it solved my problem. I had been using a stainless steel pan of excellent quality, but just not cut out to tackle bacon and eggs -- and the cleanup was awful. What a mess. But this Ecolution? Perfect. I still coat the pan with a bit of oil (probably not needed). Nothing sticks, cleanup is quick and pan is ready to go again. The size is perfect for a one-person breakfast. I have to admit that sometimes the reviews can be off point, but this fry pan deserves raves. You won't find a better fry pan at the price or probably at any price. Buy it. You'll be happy you did.

We've been using this fry pan for just over a month. It's a great size for us and has performed very well! We just wipe it out after using, sometimes rinse in the sink. I wash it in the dishwasher once a week and then re-season as suggested in the guide that came with the pan. We will be purchasing another one of these very soon, probably the larger size. Very happy with this product!

I got bent pan and it look like it was packed this way since the box was not damaged

LOVE this pan. Nonstick works perfectly, size is great for making an omelette and I love that it's made without some of the more dangerous chemicals that can be found in nonstick pan. So far seems to be holding up very well - much better than the Calphalon pan that we had to replace.

Another "bucket list" item - so nice for a single person - I'm used to scrubbing - never knew what I was missing - a lot of fun to rinse and wipe! I read reviews mentioning that it was a bit small and the sides weren't deep enough to contain food - I haven't experienced that problem, and I've cooked some good sized one-dish meals in it - I am so glad I got this pan!

Great product. This is a thick, non- stick pan that evenly distributes the heat. Very happy with this purchase. Definitely would recommend.

Better than my All clad fry pan

I have this pan for myself and my elderly mother wanted light weight frying pans for Christmas. She loved them! I love it! I use for everything I make! Non-stick is spot on and dishwasher safe! Nice even cooking with easy cleaning! Plan on getting more sizes!

Possibly I wish I'd bought the next size up but other than that, it really seems to fry nicely, with only minimal sticking. Plus it's easy to clean afterwards.However, I don't fry often so only minimal use but I've noticed a few minor scratches, possibly because I may have used a knife to separate something frozen, or scissors to chop larger chunks of stir fry veg (however I'd have done either with care) and mostly I use a plastic spoonula. So from now on I won't use metal utensils anywhere near it and will be even more careful. Consequently due to having to be ultra careful and so possibly being unfair, (re I shouldn't consider using metal utensils) I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars.I may buy a second, the larger size and if any family members need a new frying pan, I would recommend these but with the above proviso over care.
