Learning about life as a little person
This book was a great read. I had a difficult time putting it down, even when I was tired, and my eyes wanted to close. Amy Roloff, the author, is on a TV reality show called "Little People, Big World." I haven't watched the show since its inception but I've watched enough to know that Amy is the kind of person I admire and want to get to know better. When I found out she wrote a book, this book, "A Little Me," I went to Amazon.com and bought it so I could read it right away. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of the reality show and especially a fan of Amy's. I have come to respect Amy's inner strength and confidence and now I understand why she is the way she is. I enjoyed every minute reading Amy's book. I am going to look into other books Amy has written, to learn more about this incredible woman. In my opinion Amy is better off without Matt and he and Caryn should be ashamed of themselves. I also think Chris should consider Amy's feelings regarding Matt and Caryn's nasty beginning. Amy is, by far, the bigger person in that foursome and I don't mean in height.

It is repetitive, but her story is genuine and worth having the patience to finish
Like others have said she gets incredibly repetitive. I wish that she had just worded/phrased it differently, such as, "as I stated previously, it's incredibly difficult being a little person and comes with enormous challenges throughout your entire life, challenges that caused this struggle (insert the next struggle/situation in her life that she faced that was more difficult for her because she was a little person and then specify why for that specific circumstance)". But she quite literally beat a dead horse I felt like by repeating the whole entire portion(s) of it again and again that it was a struggle to get through. As a reader and as a fan of the show and her I do genuinely care about her life and of course her struggles that she's faced in her life due to her being a little person. But I and I'm sure a lot of others reading who are going to read the book are only human. We need to be able to maintain interest to continue to keep reading it. I found that I had to skip huge portions of it or skim read when she'd get repetitive because I just couldn't re-read it all over again. She is genuine, honest, and sincere in her book even though she is repetitive. For all we know she just might not have had the best editor. Amy Roloff is not an author, she's first and foremost a mom, a grandma, a woman who is passionate about her family and cooking, and living life to the fullest. So I do not fault her for the book being repetitive/hold it against her. Merely wanted to let others know before they read the book. She's lived a life most of us only dream of, so the book is worth reading. You just need to have patience.

Luv her outlook!
Very inspirational book. I know people have said that she repeatedly talks about how she overcomes things, but that’s the most important point of this book. Well written, and I enjoyed it immensely.

We get through life by not stopping to feel sorry for ourselves
I never really knew what had happened to their marriage. I guess curiosity got me to buy the book, and I'm so glad that I did. Amy like so many of us detach ourselves from what is really happening in our lives. I appreciate her honesty and transparency about her emotions. It's a good read a good lesson for women especially to forgive themselves for the things they don't see. And to accept the things that are beyond our control. And she is right, God doesn't make mistakes.

Inspiring
I have followed Amy and her family throughout the years and saw in her a light and faith and humility that shone bright. This book shows the bravery and faith she has and the way she overcomes challenges and I find similarities and parallels in my life, and gives me strength and renewed comfort in my life and faith.
