Crawford Graphics PLANET EXPRESS - Futurama - Vinyl Decal Sticker #A1458 (5.5", White)

I wish I could go back in time and put this on my Chevy Chevette that I owned when I was 16. Now that I am a middle-aged, overweight, married nerd, it is so unfortunate that once I put this decal on the rear window of my slicked-out Hyundai ALL the women have started flocking to my car to see who is driving it. Telling the world that you are into Futurama is a surefire way to attract members of the opposite sex, but this vinyl decal may be a little TOO powerful. I have to be careful, because if I throw in a Bender imitation at a red light, I literally have to hold up my wedding ring and announce that I am a one-woman nerd to fend them all off. This decal makes me feel like a more competent, confident driver as well. Sometimes I imagine that instead of taking my snot-nosed 8-year-old to brownies, I am gliding through the galaxies to deliver a package to Omicron Persei 8, and at the end of my journey hilarity will ensue. But alas, that never happens. Suffice it to say, this decal has the potential to change your entire life, but can sometimes be a burden as well.

A few things to preface this review: first, I never write reviews but this one needed it. And second, I used to work in the printing industry and have done hundreds if not thousands of vinyl jobs both cutting and application.This is hands down bar none the absolute 1000% best vinyl I have ever used or seen. I left the business a few years ago and as a result am very out of practice. I made a few rookie mistakes in the application like not drying the glass enough and taping the corner to secure it rather than along the top. After making these mistakes I was bummed because I was sure it would come out wrinkled and I would have nobody to blame but myself. If you know anything about vinyl you know that once the paper is off and a little bit is stuck down you better keep going or else it will be completely unsalvageable. So I pressed on and when I took the mask off I was shocked, I never talk to myself but I couldn't help but exclaim "holy f*** that's good vinyl!" to myself. I was so surprised that you could say the vinyl was runnin wild on me brother. I could smell what the vinyl was cookin. Vinyl 3:16 says it just whooped my ass and that's the bottom line because this vinyl said so!Good sticker, would buy again.

I put sticker on my new car and loved it.Three days later I crashed that car and flipped it on a mountain road (first and only crash in my life).Came out of crash with minor scrapes and bruises.10/10 product works as expected.

Great decal - the only unexpected thing was that the sticker was actually a full transparent square, not just the design. I had to trim around the design to make the decal look like the product image. It was easy to do with a razor blade, but if I had it to do over, I would have cut the sticker with scissors before I removed it from the backing.

I bought this decal.. three years ago? It has held up wonderfully through the toughest of Vermont storms if that gives you any indicator of its durability! I placed mine in the middle at the bottom of my back windshield where it gets prominent notoriety! A must own for true Futurama fans, duh.

The sticker doesn't last long. After the first week it stared peeling off. After it rained it got a bunch of air bubbles and more peeling. At the end of its <1 month life it looked like a horrible mess that I had to rip it off.

Arrived quickly in small brown envelope on a rainy day. Even though it got wet (because our mail guy sucks), the adhesive survived. NOTE: NO instructions included! Required a little TLC to separate the backing, but as a veteran of many zany decals over the years, I was up to the challenge. Centered, pressed and peeled. Looks great on side window of my vehicle (see pic). Excellent art! Bright white, no typos, rips, tears or creases. Now for the true test - longevity!A fine tribute to a fantastic show. Great decal!

While my 'Dunder Mifflin' decal seems to get more attention so far,I'm still very proud of my Planet Express decal.I've only had my car go through the wash one time and so far it's fine.We've had 114º days and now 20º nights with frost, and the decal is doing great in 5 months or so I've had it.

Just as expected

Me defraudó, sobre todo el estado de presentación, la calidad del producto, dificultad en la colocación, etc. No merece la pena.
