The product looked nice, was packaged nicely, the instructions were straight forward and the price was fair to me considering other options.The issue I had was that it doesn't fit the Polaris Sportsman 850 mounting bracket due to the OD of the rope housing being about 1/8" too big. I also found it odd that SuperATV doesn't make a mounting bracket for the Sportsman seeing how it has been out since the early '90s. I couldn't find a mount that would work so I sent it back and bought a different brand.

Their universal mount didn't fit my 2019 Suzuki King Quad 750 but from past experiences mounting winches I had a Kolpin mount waiting. Instructions were not all that great but I had spent some time on the appropriate forums so was pretty well prepared. No mount for the contactor but it fit in the same place the factory Warn contactor does, just used some double sided tape. All in all, it seems like a very good winch.

Very strong winch, easy to install would have 5 stars but the wireless remote doesn't work, even after changing out the batteries it came with.

I mounted this on a 2019 Polaris Sportsman 850 SP using the Warn mounting plate. That was the only plate I could find that would work. It required me buying a wider fairlead. Supplied instructions suck....so I turned to YouTube. Also if your using this on a sportsman 850 or 1000 sp, you'll have to trim the front plastic shroud that goes on the front frame in order to turn the free-spool mechanism.I haven't used it yet, but it looks good.

If you have a little common sense, you can install this winch. I installed this on my 2019 Polaris xp4 1000. I already had the landing bus for the battery neg and positive. Also the accessory wire lead for ignition is also at this point. I used the black ops mounting plate as well. Smooth install. One thing to remember is if Your putting this in a SxS, buy the winch toggle too. The supplied switch will not fit into your dash unless you want to do some cutting. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. I’ll post progress as I use the winch. This is based solely on install.

Revised my last review. The ExtreamMax.com grizzly 700 mounting plate, mounts the winch too far forward so the winch terminal interferes with the Yamaha down tube.

I was looking for a solid winch for my 2018 Polaris RZR 570. I didn't want to spend the $400+ for the Polaris brand just because it would be a direct harness wiring. The instructions on this unit are ok. I created documentation as part of my work duties, so I'm a little critical when it comes to instructions. I feel like they missed a few steps and I had to reach out to their support to find out what the "extra" parts were for. After a couple emails back and forth it was determined they were extra. The install hardware itself was good quality. After some googling, I was able to figure out how to wire it to the ignition by using an accessory wire that was tied up and hidden. I haven't had the opportunity to pull myself out of it yet, but it seems to work fine from what I can tell.
