These bars are very good and I support their small business venture and its family initiative. The packaging is earthy and has the feel of paper that will decompose quickly without any glossiness; we compost a lot at our farm and have learned a lot about what does and doesn't compost. We are big chocolate eaters and have tried many brands and packaging is something we often scoff at. However, somewhere along the line someone did not put in the cold pack when these shipped so they melted partially and stuck to the plastic interior bags a bit, some worst than others. These would have been 5 star bars had that not happened. The flavors taste real not imitations and the smell is divine. I will order these again but maybe wait until the pandemic has subsided so that the chances are better that I get the cold pack and experience the real flavor they intended. They did refund my money, I hope that falls on the link that forgot the cold pack and not one that did not!
