Wyze Cam Wall Mount Bracket, 360 Degree Protective Adjustable Mount with Cover Case for Wyze Cam V2 V1 Indoor Outdoor Use (3 Pack -White)

These are nice sturdy units; HOWEVER, unlike other comments you CANNOT daisy chain your cams with these. There is just enough room for a single power cord. Although these have a "bump out" on the back it only accommodates a single cable. Installation is fairly easy but the swivel does not let you set at any angle you want. Also when screwing the two sections together, the screws are so small #2 x 1/4" the screws get misdirected. To correct for this I used a straight thin punch to make sure the openings were free of debris on both pieces. Then I put the screws in the back piece and made sure they went through the openings on all 4 legs so I could see the screw tip. Then I carefully laid it on top of the front section after inserting the cam and power cord and carefully used the enclosed screwdriver to finish screwing the two pieces together. At this point I powered up the cam to make sure I had a picture. Once the connection was verified as good, I finished the assembly by using some plastic electrical tape to seal the joint between the front and back pieces making sure to leave the bottom vent slot open so any moisture could drip out if needed. This is only suggested if you are going to mount outside which I did. These are nice, have a black face which is necessary for night vision and avoiding the IR issue when you have white around the lens. I have 3 installed outside and so far they are working just fine. Except for one unit the other two are mounted under eves to help protect from rain and snow. Good enough I just order 3 more. Definitely recommend and you get a tiny screwdriver (actually I got 2 in my carton)

The following statement in the description is false. There is absolutely no sealing from the front, from the side, or from the giant hole in the bottom. So it is fine for letting a $20 camera last a bit longer outside, but absolutely not weatherproof. In my case, the cameras are already under a protective cover, this just supplies a handy mount, and black coloring to make it visually disappear.Just got an email from the seller... I have 7 Wyze cameras mounted outside. Tried this product, but it failed in the first rain. The other cases I use are silicone and they are still working months and several storms later.

There is no button to communicate with this seller to get the missing screws that these should have.. the enclosures seem decent enough but it erks me so much I have given them a 1 Star. If you hang these under an eve out of sun and weather they really should be fine. But I can’t quite put them together WITHOUT THE SCREWS! I will have to find teenie screws probably the size of glasses screws to put these clam shell type pieces together. 12 screws are needed and 0 (zero) came with the order. Another day + of not having these cameras installed and I’m not thrilled about that. Double check your package to make sure not only the building mount screws and mini screws to put the housing together are included

Fully enclosed so you can't remove the SD card without taking it apart.It does come with a small screw driver, so it's fine for putting it up. But I changed my wifi settings so I had to go take the cameras down so i could push the inaccessible button in the back. Good luck finding the tiny screwdriver that came with it. And the ones that I do have from my kit won't work because they're not long enough. I had to break both casings to get the cameras out because of the stupidity of requiring their special screwdriver.I could possibly live with the full enclosure if that made it waterproof, but it doesn't. Just an annoyance at getting to and from the camera if wire comes loose, you need to reset it, or remove the sd card.It's a very user unfriendly design. Look elsewhere.

I am a licensed CCTV installer. I'm impressed with these housings, although they do have their limitations. Be aware that they don't actually cover the Wyze Cam lens. Instead, they have a hole in the cover case that the lens sticks through. Because of this, they probably shouldn't be installed in a location where they get direct rain. I have mine tucked under an eave so the rain doesn't hit them directly. Also, the mounting bracket is plastic and can easily break if the mounting screws are overtightened. They're certainly not commercial or industrial grade, but if you want them for light-duty residential use then they will do a fine job.

Bought with low expectations, ended up with best thing for wyze camera!Sat the first in under an eve to see then remembered the cameras are only $20 so I’ll set one in wide open and see what happens. These work great all 3 cameras are working great with no problems. Just keep lense clean.I have owned these for over 6 months now and love it. I have purchased the wyze outdoor cam which we will see if its worth the difference in price come August when I receive it.Note the person notification is a must when using wyze cameras outside you will receive some false triggers but it’s not bad.Using mine in country setting exposed to full elements all three pointing down a little to protect lense a little.

Pros: Sturdy plastic. All parts work well.Cons: No gasket between the front and back covers. The little nub on the back allows for a single micro USB connection, it does *not* allow room for Daisy chaining.I ended up taking a hot blade to carve out the nub and move it upma bit, jack up the height, plastic weld it a bit to hold it in place, stuffed the cavity from the inside with was paper, and coat the outside with silicone.Let it dry and it works like a charm. Ugly as sin, but no one will see that side.All in all, good product. Not perfect, but good.

When I first opened this product up, my first impression was cheap hard plastic supplied with tiny little screws that hold it together. Screws so small, that they provide a screw driver to install them. The two pieces of the case are just plastic that mates together so I thought no way will that be waterproof. I WAS WRONG !! First off, the tiny screws work perfectly and hold the case together around the camera rock solid. I tried to get water into the case blasting it with water in the sink but not a drop entered the case. One of the cases slipped out of my hand when I was installing it. Both the camera and the case impacted the hard surface below with no damage. This mount allows you to securely mount your camera in any position. A great product offering excellent value.

Why so many 5 star reviews? Product is misleading.Pros: -The fit for the camera is very good -Perfect space for the usb to bend down as to not pinch cable -Mounting screws with anchors designed for cement included. -360° and 90° positionsCons: -Plactic is very cheap, they wont take the UV light for long before becoming brittle -Not even close to waterproof -Not designed for piggybackingOverall this is a nice cheap option if you want more versatility and stability in mounting your wyze cam. I just can get over the fact they are advertising these as "waterproof". There are 3 things missing for this product to be waterproof, a gasket where the lens and sensor meet the front of housing, a rubber seal on the seam of housing and finally a grommet where the usb enters the housing.I will be mounting these outdoors under the roof soffit or overhang with moderate confidence, I'm sure the weather protection with be fine for those locations. But I would be very sceptical mounting this in any unprotected locations.Better advertised as dry location mount to increase mounting versatility.

Don't be fool, these things are not waterproof at all, no rubber rings on the cases, and no glass in front of the camera lens..but I aced them underneath the ceiling which is fine, that's why the 3 stars..

Fits the Wyze cam without issue. Haven’t mounted yet but will be using silicone to waterproof the housing. Might drill a hole in the rear to snake the power cable instead of bending it under the housing.

Plastic nut does not tighten on ball... can not hold weight of camera up 90 degrees. Camera angle keeps falling down. 👎🏼🙁 I can see this nut cracking in the future because it has to be so tight just to hold the camera up on a little bit of angle. 👎🏼👎🏼
