Great product. My wife and I rock climb and she can't seem to get a pull up just yet. These bands help her with the small assistance that she needs to do a few pull ups, and I'm sure will help with her muscle memory.I also use them to better practice my one armed pull ups and muscle ups, along with core workouts. These bands came in great shape, and have been extremely durable. I have put them to the test. They work great.Would definitely buy again if needed. But I'm sure they will last a good deal of time. Would totally recommend these.

I attached these to my pull up bar and it made it so much easier to do pull ups, after a couple weeks I was able to do 25 pull-ups without the bands on defiantly a game changer and increases the amount you can do.

The description says "Premium pull up resistance bands" and they definitely help with it. However, only the black band is really useful. I bought these to help with muscle ups (5'9" 140lbs) and with the black band alone can accomplish assisted muscle ups. The purple and green hold hardly any weight, and even combining them together I cannot do a muscle up. To me, there should be a band in between black and purple since green is not useful for pullups.If you want generic resistance bands, these will work. They are ok for pull-ups, just not perfect.I've only used them three times with no reliability issues so far. The bands don't seem to smell as other reviewers may have mentioned, as I did not notice any odor when they were first opened.

Just received the bands they look like good quality they don’t have a smell they come in nice package look at the pictures you get one of each color and I’m 6‘2” and they seem to stretch pretty well. They are made in China but what do you expect everything including the iPhone is made in China nowadays. I am pleased with the order so far Time will tell how resilient and long lasting these bands will be but at this time during Covid pandemic it’s hard to find any weights so hopefully that should assist in our strengths Training needs. The circumference is 82 inches. I try to answer all the questions that I had before ordering. You guys that are reading this stay safe and stay healthy.

Just got these in and they seem like a really great set for the price. Very good quality bands. The black band takes me from not being about to do a pull up, to being able to do about 10 in a row. I'm 6'4 and 215 pounds. Also, I think some of the people who put lower reviews may not have seen the chart, where if you are heavier and/or still having trouble with just one band, you can double them up. I've also used these for face pulls and a few other resistance workouts. All in all, great buy and a lot cheaper than some of the other options on Amazon.

The bands seem like good quality so far. I've used the black and purple bands 3 times on a doorway pull up bar. I chose this brand in part because the price was good. But I also chose it because this seemed like the only option with a chart telling you which bands to use/combine for what you're trying to accomplish. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to use bands in general, but I would not have known which ones to buy without a chart like this.

Middle one snapped after a few months, large one snapped at 2 years and small one is not that usefull.I do not use them very often.

I tested out the hardest resistant band today at the park on the monkey bars, and it worked so great!!! Exactly like the one the trainer at City sport had me use. If it breaks I will definitely purchase it again. I tried using the band with my sandals and it snapped and hit my back so hard lol I forsure won't do that again:P
