So far, really goodIm 30 years i start to taking the pills as directed but it was too potent for me in a very good way so i decided to take one every two days and still got result.I work outside cold and rain, inside next to ovens and go to walk in freezer, work 13 hrs and still have energy.Very grateful.

If you look at the list of ingredients on the bottle of Pure Mount Botanicals Mushroom Immune, you will see that they are not a blend of fourteen mushrooms., but mushroom mycelia which is the root system of the plant. Research will tell you that mushroom mycelia is not a mushroom. Mushroom fruiting bodies are what should be indicated in a mushroom supplement. Mycelia is inexpensive to grow so the cost of this supplement is extremely high. I would do research before buying this product. Transparency is important. The information page should explain what mycelia is as many will assume that this supplement is really made from mushrooms.

I tried this supplement, and while it didn’t work wonders, it also didn’t cause any issues.

I feel this supplement has been a good addition to the supplements I currently take. My immune system has improved since I have been taking it.
