Durable and good for beginners
As a beginner this yarn provided an easy to use quality and texture. The color is subtle and versatile. I think the value is good for beginners or experts.

Good 100% cotton yarn
This 100% cotton yarn makes great potholders and hotpads (acrylic can melt, so 100% cotton is needed for those), and I've also made mesh bags from it. The Jute color is a good color for the "crust" of those cherry pie hotpads. This yarn machine washes and dries well without losing its shape and becomes softer after washing. Easy to crochet too. Very nice basic cotton yarn.

The real color is less bright, more light ish brown. I bought this to look like sand on a beach blanket I am crocheting. It works but the color was not as pictured

It states it's hard to but is cotton yarn . Does match the color of jute so I will use it with the other jute I bought to crochet a rug .
