I purchased this instrument blind, and it was a terrifying experience. I was overjoyed when it arrived in perfect condition and plays beautifully. They went above and beyond with the packaging to ensure that the sax was perfect! The neck strap is a little uncomfortable in my opinion and I have my own mouthpiece that I prefer. Overall a great buy for an experienced player.
