I purchased this travel blow dryer and tested it when I received it and it worked fine. Took my first trip and used it and the on/off switch is stuck in the "on" position. The blow dryer will not turn off unless you unplug it. Amazon has a 30 day exchange policy and since I exceeded the 30 days, I'm out of luck. I would not recommend this travel blow dryer.

The hair dryer works fine. I bought it with a credit so the price was not as hard to swallow. Had I paid full price I probably would have returned it and purchased a lower priced dryer that does the same job.
