My 3yo loves it!Keeps him busy

one of the pieces arrived broken, but that was not the worst thing (seeing as there are 100 piecies )The two cars keep popping off the track. Even if you build a simple ground level only track.The front wheels are resisting the movement too much, so they just pop off. Closer examination shows the little metal pin axle between the front wheels is bent and results in the wheels touching the plastic body. One car was a little better than the other, but neither car can actually stay for a full lap.I was more than a bit disappointed, having bought the most expensive option for my 5 year old.

My grandson really enjoys it. He loves to make the track different shapes and the jeep included runs great. I had purchased another brand with 2 vehicles included and they just don’t perform like this one. I only wish we could get more of the vehicles separately.I also, did find that you can put 2 different tracks together because we have done it and with the other cars and they work without a problem..

I gave this as a Christmas gift to the 3 boys and 1 girl tbat I babysit (ages 5-10). They all spend hours playing with it. We have a set of picasso magnatiles that they add to their creations. Their only complaint is not being able to each have their own car. I did have to twist a wire around the body of the cars as with all the crashes the body separated from the innards. Not a deterrent. I highly recommend this set. It encourages group play (i e sharing), imaginative building, thoughtful design and hours and hours of time spent totally enjoying themselves. I will get a second kit so they each have a car and for bigger designs!

Our grandson already loved magnetic building sets and the battery operated cars added lots of extra appeal. He has spent hours rearranging tracks, creating buildings and even making multiple levels of track systems. I recommend you do keep extra batteries on hand because if a child runs the cars on an entire day they can start to slow down.We still find it worthwhile for the entertainment.value, especially compared to going to a movie or paying for less sturdy toys which either easily break or quickly lose appeal . We’ve found it hit or miss to find just the right toys, ones which encourage creativity and experimentation, teaching cause and effect. This is that toy.

I purchased two sets. Only one of the four cars works as they should. I am very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.

The tiles are great but the cars don’t work on the turns and hills which makes any track worthless. Terrible design.
