Too thin

Very tired uni student who is now suffering back problems and a terrible night's sleep due to the mattresses here being thin slabs of concrete that haven't been replaced since the 1960s. My partner suggested that I just get a mattress topper, so in a panic I bought this one... I'm no good at making decisions, but this definitely was one of my better decisions. I put it on my mattress and it was so soft and comfortable that I immediately fell asleep while waiting for them to get back from their pub crawl. Missed our dinner date but at least I had the first night of good sleep since I got here!!

We received today, delivery wise great as wasn't expecting it for another 5 days yet. However even though the bag it comes in says king size, it is not. It is only just a standard double... I can only assume the wrong label is on the bag.Fabric is soft but doesn't seem 2" thick to me. As my 8yr old needed some sort of topper on her mattress we have put it on there and she seems happy enough*edit... my 8yr says it's very comfy and she can no longer feel her mattress, she's now sleeping soundly. So have changed my star rating to 4.Given 3 stars as size wrong

They are great for the price and perfect for the kids bed not sure I would want them on my bed though.

Was worried when it arrived as it looked very thin and it wasn't vacuum packed. Unrolled it, shook it out and left for 24 hours as instructed and it did fluff up to the thickness I expected. Nice and soft to lie on. Would recommend it
