I'M 73 AND I don't want to lose my memory

When I finished my first order I did not re-order because I felt the ringing in ears was just as bad as beforetaking it. Boy, was I wrong! I had to ask people to repeat themselves more often, I had to turn the tv volumeup to understand what was being said, etc. After starting to take again I am doing better after a couple of days.Understand, this does NOT completely "turn off" the ear ringing but helps a lot. I know they say it can takeup to a month or so before you tell the difference but it only took a few days for me to notice a difference.Understand, if you just sit there and only focus on the ringing in your ears you might think there is no difference butthat is the wrong way to gauge it. I would suggest taking it once a day and just not think about it. You might then noticeafter a little time you can turn the volume down one click on your tv, or you might not have to ask people to repeatthemselves as often.

I use it to keep my brain working as well as it can. I do take a break every month of so for a few days, as not doing so could inhibit its full value. Everything needs a rest now and then.

I have a skin problem and Natures Bounty's Ginkgo is helping to get rid of it. I have been taking this for the last two years and I can confidently say the quality, taste never changed. I dissolve the powder on my tongue. It is strong and is definitely hard to swallow at first. But after two years I am really used to the taste. Ginkgo Biloba is not for everyone. Some people have side effects to it. But one of main benefit is mental clarity, oh my God what a difference!

Have to take more than 2 to be effective.

Excellent supplement! I have noticed a difference in my cognitive functioning. I’ll take this for life!
