Delicioso.
I love this sherry. I visited the bordego some years ago and tasted it there. Magic. Since then I keep a bottle handy. The flavour is intense raisin, dark chocolate, concentrated figs, sticky caramel, sweet without being sickly and so smooth compared with most fortified wines.
