Bang for buck!
I am very impressed with the GE300. It sounds amazing!!!! The user interface is the best I've come across and amp models are stimply outstanding at this price point. Effects are very good and the synths expand creativity. The looper is very useful for practice. I have a Kemper and this can hang with it easily. I'm so glad I bought this.Build quality is excellent too. Buy one, the price is great atm, blows anything at this price point out of the water.

Sound Amazing
The preset sounds are OK but nothing mind blowing, but with a little bit of tweaking the unit comes alive, and sounds awesome. The bad, it didn't come with a UK plug. Was not impressed, had to wait until the next day an go buy a plug. This in my opinion is not good enough for such an expensive piece of kit.The bad, very awkward to update via the Mooer website. Conclusion, would I buy the Mooer Ge300 again knowing what I now know.?Yes , after sorting out the uk plug and updating, everything is good and sounds absolutely amazing.Good intuitive interface, easy to navigate and find the sound your searching for.

Uttery Horrid!!
Just got this 30 minutes ago.. plugged it into a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe with a Telecaster... flipping through the presets. To be honest my first reaction is that it sounds like utter rubbish. Was so looking forward to this but his unit turned my beautiful, warm, sweet toned tele and Hot Rod valve amp into some hideous, soulless, dead cold and artificial, synthetic junk. Hated this thing instantly. Will box this thing back up and send it back for a refund ASAP. Been playing guitar for almost 40 years including a decade professionally (jazz) and never in my life have I been turned off an effects unit so rapidly. Extremely disappointed.

Very impressed
The GE300 lived up to and exceeded all my expectations. Wasn’t sure about the brand but it’s feels like a high quality bit of kit and sounds fantastic.

Lots for the money
Ok so ive had this unit for about 2 months now,ive been playing for years i mean years, spent my younger days as session player ,so i like to think im pretty decent ,in this time ive had soooo many amp pedal combos now ive seen a few people saying this is a cold no warmth to it ,well that could be said of the presets however it only takes a small amount of tweaking to discover how much this thing can do,now i mainly work in studios where ive not always got access to rooms ful of Amps, however ive captured all my own fav amps and this thing does a great job of that,so ive got a massive collection of amps at my feet now without carrying the dammed things around, you just need to dig into it and you will be very happy

Versatile
I like the versatility of the machine gave it four stars as it's difficult to update firmware

If I broke it, I'd buy another one.
I got this somewhere else but thought I'd give a review here as I often check out gear here first before I pull the trigger. This is built like a tank, it should last gigging, but it's pretty heavy (not as heavy as an amp and speaker though!). I find the sounds very, very good, if a little over-hyped on the factory presets. Much better than the Helix native plugin where I found it hard to get a decent sound (especially clean), though I haven't tried the hardware version. The unit is easy to program, yet the deeper you dig the more you find. It has really flexible routing options, and is very tolerant of different input levels. The icing on the cake for me is the new features they keep adding with each version upgrade. I'm now on version 3.0 and they've just added an Intelligent Harmony effect. I'm probably unlikely to use it, but so nice to get for free, months after I bought it. There's so much to the GE300, it makes me smile each time I turn it on, and with the ability to download i.r's and different types of presets, as well as sample your own gear, I'll never get bored of exploring the sounds. There's also several communities on facebook for help if you get stuck. And I like it. A lot. The longer I keep it the more I like it (and the more I forget how much it cost me). I enjoy owning it, and I'm not interested in replacing it. So yes, for me, it's a keeper. Is there anything that would improve it? Hmmm. Well, the legend on the selection switches is small and difficult to read. You can, however, download, print and affix more legible labels as I did (see on photo). If I was really picky I'd say I'd like a few more chorus effect units, it only has, er, three. Okay, maybe that's enough? I hope they bring out a plugin version for my DAW, to save me having to connect it to my pc every time I want to record direct. Also, It would be a nice gesture at this price point if they included mushroom tops for the pedal buttons, they're much better with bare feet and look amazing (again, see photo). There is the price, of course, but it's cheaper than the competition, does everything I need, and has stopped the awkward GAS (gear aquisition syndrome) for a while at least. Finally; if I broke it I'd buy another one.
