Decanter Cleaning Brush - White

I've used one of these brushes for many years. I have a standard crystal decanter with a narrow neck. This brush squeezes through, is very maneuverable and cleans well. CLEANING NOTE: In order to get the brush to bend, and therefore clean the reservoir, you need to actually put a slight kink in the brush at the point/length you need it to bend. This is a very simply technique that works perfectly. The brush is extremely pliable and is made to do so. The brush sponges work very well. I've read some of the other reviews and I completely disagree with the comparison to paper towels and the like. The sponges are soft, durable and do a great job scrubbing. One final note, after a couple years the handle on my last brush popped off rendering it relatively useless. But at such a low price point, I definitely got my money's worth out of it prior to the handle coming off. Highly recommend this product!!

There brush does a reasonable job of cleaning the inside of our decanters, but it is very difficult to reach all spots. There was a remarkable improvement from using no brush and air drying, our previous approach. I'd stll like to find something better. And I'd like a better approach than air drying in a decanter stand.

Didn't work that well for us. My mother casually suggested using denture cleaner tabs. Tried a generic brand and haven't used this since.Will probably use for other things, like cleaning the bottom of the blender or Vitamix near the blades and the bottom of my tall flip-top bottles.Great tip on other review about unwinding the end. Would never have fit in decanter otherwise.

I was unaware of the material this brush is made out of as it is too bulky to pass through many decanters and bottles. It is a stiff spongy material. However the ability to bend this tool, while holding its shape does allow you to scrub well in a bottle if you can get beyond the neck.

Product has a really good design but did not work well with my decanter shape. The first time I used it small little foam brushes fell off and stuck to the bottom making it a little more difficult to clean. I will give it another go next time the decanter is used.

This is OK but kind of unwieldy to clean an awkward product. It' better than some others I looked at. The wand is made of two materials. I didn't think it conformed very well to the various surfaces and angles inside my decanter.

Good for cleaning fresh stains. However it will not get older hard stained out, such as built up limescale etc.

Makes cleaner the decanter easy, but still takes work to get into all the area at the bottom, and also doesn't scrub all the best. But for the most part it meets my needs.
