First time using it stayed on initially, I let it rest for about 10min like the directions said so I used it off and on. I have 2 college degrees so I can follow directions... Then, still trying to get gel polish off my nails and shorten them, it stops working with 3 nails left. I plug it in, let it charge for like 20min, the light is green on the charger, and it works for about a minute. Would not even work while plugged in. I made sure to turn it off each time I went from plugged and unplugged. Did it overheat or run out of power?? I had to spend almost an hour using a file to finish my other 3 nails... I then check on the drill and it was working but who knows for how long. I threw out all the packing so I would feel bad trying to return it. I thought I was paying a little bit more for a better beginner drill but it's useless. How long are you supposed to take to do your nails??? Use it, stop to let it cool, use it a little more, then let it charge/rest for an hour... no way.

Pretty crappy little thing. First use was ok. The speed was adjustable and the tools worked like they should. Second use the battery didn’t hold so well. Third use the tools didn’t seem like they were working anymore. Fourth use in and the thing doesn’t work at all. I never used a drill before so I thought this would be a good starter. It does give you the right concept on how to hold and use a drill. I’m going to purchase a better quality for next time.

I bought this because I needed to have a small, travel worthy, effective nail drill to have on hand in the salon work areas that have no electrical outlet close by.I have used a lot of electric nail drills and so far this one has not disappointed! At this price I can say if you want a compact, portable, lightweight, all in one unit for personal use or new nail Tech's on a budget or like myself this nail drill will do the job.Here's the truth, I was very sceptical at first so I put it to the test. Wow! Am I surprised by this nail drills performance.Using the right bit is key for getting the job done and the good news is you can use your other e-file bits with it!The hand piece is heavy enough on it's own applying the right amount of pressure to remove gel polish, yet if you apply too much pressure on the nail this nail drills will slow down or stop meaning the torque lacks performance. I'm not saying it breaks or stops working, I'm saying don't be too heavy handed, allow the weight of the hand piece to do the work and use the right bit!Here's the Pros & Cons~Holds a charge well.Easy to change speeds or direction while continuously working.Bits are easy to change and does not have too much vibration.It's quiet and has a good feel in your hand.*This e-file will not be able to fulfill an acrylic nail artists dependability.I'll update if my weekly usage will cause this to breakdown sooner than most heavy duty e-files💅

I bought this item in July 31st. And doesn’t work anymore... i used only 3times. How can I fix it?

Well this drill was great while it lasted. Had it about a month and it just stopped turning the rotary nail bits.I order this because it is portable and good for traveling. I called Amazon because it is still under warranty. They have shipped another one out to me. Hope it will last this time!

I bought this item months ago and have not needed to charge it even once since purchase (with minimal use). So the battery life is pretty good on this efile. The metallic finish aids in easy cleaning. The color is pretty. However, it is definitely not a professional grade tool by any means. Even with a professional filing band the vibrating sensation is a bit uncomfortable. It does not rotate at a steady rate for smooth filing. It is fairly easy to use, though. The instructions seem to complicate the tool's functions a bit, but it didn't take long at all to figure it out for myself. As for pricing, you'd find any other product of the same quality for about the same price if not more expensive. So I'd say it's decent but not necessarily worth it. I'd return it if I could, but I'm well past the time frame allowed.

Small, portable, chargeable but control button failed before any use...I guess it wouldn't have had enough torque anyway.I'll keep shopping for a better choice.

I don't like that the parts don't go all the way down inside the drill...Well my older drill has the same ports that goes all the way down inside the drill...Just seems like they should go down farther than they do. Just my personal opinion. Not worth the price!
