I found the service to be excellent, they kept me in form and delivered it within a week. The sofa is much better in person than on the website, it looks expensive and the leather feels to be good quality. I can only assume my sofa is a different make to the moaning review. Without wanting to sound like a snob, I was dragged up in an extremely nice home where the price of things wasn’t ever an issue, with my parents spending extravagantly and whilst the sofa isn’t quite as good as my mothers, I’ve only paid £995 for mine where my mothers paid well over 10k for hers.

Quality- mediocre being generous and on this basis, I wouldn’t say you are getting the most value for money. At this price, is not much that you can put and buy a DFS standard with 10 years warranty. The service appalling. I had to chase at every point: delivery/ schedule etc. I have been told 3/4 days to get it and despite showing available, they’ve sent it 3 week after saying it was not in stock. Delivery was literally in front of the door and for a single woman receiving the delivery, I would have appreciated 3-4 steps needed to install it in the living room. They wanted £30 additional for putting it together and 10 minutes of work and I was not informed about any of these services at any time. If you asking me again- due to the poor treatment and the mediocre/ poor quality- would not recommend or purchase again. Not super comfortable, quite stiff and appears cheap. Hope this helps you to make next purchase option correctly.

Very pleased with our suite and the service from the supplier. We have never bought a suite online before as we previously wanting to see the quality and try the comfort first, but we bought this based on the suppliers description and the reviews.Very good value for money and in the shade of grey we wanted. British made and supplied as well. Another tick from me.
