Cute, but one post is bent and one backing is mia.
Cute earrings, but I only received a backing for one. Would like to contact company to get another backing, but there is no way to contact them. I have discovered that one of the posts is bent, making it hard to put in my ear and put a backing on. Would like a refund, but unable to complete a request for one.

Post snapped off
These appeared to be exactly what I wanted but when they arrived I wasn't sure if they were silver - they seemed to have a strange coating and had little weight. When I tried to clean them very gently, the post snapped off so they went in the bin.
