The solo bell only dings once per use but allows you to ding as many times as necessary. The ding is pretty loud and clear. On a greenway trail one ding is usually enough. In traffic 2-3 is often needed. Nice to have the option.Beware of counterfeits - the real ones are mounted on a card with Mirrycle's branding. If they come in a bag they are probably fakes. Send them back!

Nice and compact bell that looks nice in brass finish. Good build quality. And most importantly works well. Nice tone that is easy to hear at distance.

Very happy with this bell, exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't scare the people in front of you and can be heard from a good distance away to alert them that your coming. Light touch is all that's needed for a good clear ring.

When you buy this thing expect the piece of trash that it is... advertised as a brass bell it is actually plastic, but that does not matter as it never worked out of the box. Stay away from this thing at all costs... i just threw it out and ate the cost.

The bell produces a nice pleasant sound. It is not too loud, so the person in the car will not hear it, but it is more than enough to draw attention from pedestrians and joggers 100ft away. As you press and release the lever it Dings once but it quickly becomes a second nature to ding several times. The bell is very light.It only fits thin handlebars. So be sure to check before buying. It did not fit neither my Trek 520, nor my wife's hybrid bike. So the only option to attach is by using zip-tie

Great sound. It water spots easily on the bell itself. I've not tried to buff the spots out. Other chrome bells didn't spot. The mounting direction is limited. If exact mounting location is needed it may not work for you.

I have numerous riparian trails with walkers and riders. This bell is clean and crisp. It's not obnoxious but a courteous reminder for those that a bike rider is behind them.

unfortunately it can only fit very small diameters handlebars.
