The easy leader harness, for which this wrap is a great fit, works very well with my lab but it chafes his skin. I have been looking for a simple solution to this for some time. The material of the wrap is soft and the velcro parts are very secure. Not sure how durable it will be but, for now, I'm happy with the purchase.

Does just what I needed - stopped her Easy Walk harness from rubbing her upper chest. Within two days of using this, the inflammation where her harness had been rubbing had gone away.It's only thin fleece, and at least with my dog it seems to take quite a bit of abuse, so I expect to replace it every month or so. We only need two short lengths of it, so we'll get three or four months out of each purchase. Maybe I'll look for a more permanent solution long term, but the Easy Walk harness seems to be the best one for her with the exception of a bit of rubbing.

I bought this because my chi is very sensitive to collars... i cant keep a collar on her too long or she ends up with sores from it rubbing on her chest area. I couldn't find any soft collars to solve that problem, so I figured a wrap like this might solve the problem.There was no xs to use for my chi, so I had to order the s/m. It is huge. Also, the stitching was done very poorly. It's literally just a piece of felt with a Velcro strip sewed on, but I am not exaggerating when I say I could have done a better job. There was no back stitching over the ends, so the stitches were ripping out when I was trying to open it up to wrap around my dogs collar.I cut a piece off to fit my dogs collar, and it ended up being so big, it looked like she had a neck brace on.Very poorly made and very poorly designed. I had such I hopes for this product. NOT worth it for a small dog.

I ordered 2 straps in different sizes. One worked perfectly. The other was a little narrow. Was able to make it work. I bought them for my dogs harnesses, biecause they were rubbing their bellies. It works for what I needed them for.

My dog was getting so chafed, she had a sore on her armpit. It has since healed after a few weeks of rest and collar only, but my dog needs to be on a harness to be better controlled. I found this wrap and decided to try it after my dog healed. The wrap doesn't fit perfectly around the buckle. It needs to be a bit wider. I do like that you can cut to fit your harness. It actually left over more than enough to use once this wrap wears out. The best way to avoid exposed velcro rubbing is to have the velcro connect on the side on the strap facing out/away from the dog. There was no redness or chafing after her walk today. Overall, would recommend.

I was rubbing my dog bald using her easy walk harness. I wanted to use the harness but not cause her to chafe. I found this and it’s great! Others have mentioned cutting it for size ‘, but I just used the whole thing around the entire harness. You can Velcro around the latch openings. Holding up well. Sturdy!
