Only dog boots I could find that fit my chihuahua 12 lb mix (size 2, 0.9"Wide x 1.2"Long). Super easy to get on. If needed, just wrap the pull string in the back of the boot to lessen the slack. My dog had no problem walking naturally while wearing them. Other brands took two people to get them on. I appreciate that the length is very short on these boots, my dog's dew claws don't get caught up in the fabric and the bottom paw area is very light weight. I found that the other brands were too long making it difficult to get my dog's legs all the way inside them and some brands were too heavy with the rubber sole making it difficult for my dog to walk. These boots are made more for the warmer, dryer parts of the year. I am sure if my dog walks through very wet grass, the boots might start getting wet on the inside so I bought 3 pairs to start off with. I don't plan to walk through snow or puddles. The other thing I noticed is my dog started licking her paws profusely after I took them off, so I suggest you hand wash them before using them to get ride of any weird chemical smells.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a 7 month puppy who refuses to poop outside if it’s cold or wet so I bought these shoes to make him more comfortable. Since he’s been wearing them, he doesn’t try to run back inside and he poops MUCH faster! The shoes aren’t very thick but they seem to provide enough warmth. He is able to walk, run, and jump just fine with them on so I believe they are comfortable. We’ve tried velcro shoes but they were hard to get on, easy for him to bite off and slipped off during each walk. My two favorite things about this product is how easy it is to get on and they stay on! Two things I dislike about this product is it’s not water resistant and the adjustable string aren’t very durable. I only place the shoes on my puppy when we go outside and I IMMEDIATELY take them off once inside. I make sure to supervise him at all times and keep the shoes out of his reach when they aren’t on. I did this to try to save the buttons from being bitten off. I’ve had this product for less than a month and one of the buttons to adjust them with has fallen off! If you have a fur baby that likes to chew then this may not be the product for you (being that mine broke and they weren’t chewed on). Overall I think this a great product for short term use.

Welcome to a completely honest and sometimes contradictory review for some dog booties. My Havanese is in full coat. WE live in an very weather extreme climate. We can go from windy and -60F to upwards or higher that 114F. My dog thinks she can chill in all of it. She can not. We noticed around her 1st birthday she was randomly limping and figured to slow down on the agility. Well, summer rolled around and it was still random but more often. We knew it wasn't a broken anything, because the paw would vary. Then one day it dawned on me, it was her pads, not muscles, not bad nail cuttings. Sure enough, I looked down and they were not burnt, but they were rough and cracked. Never had I ever had this issue with a dog, or this breed. We had started with socks in the super cold, but those get wet, and become fast toys to a smaller dog. Then I saw these and thought for the price we should try them. She didn't do the weird walk, just sort of resigned to the fact they needed to be on. I turned around to get the back pair and she had popped the closures off the front 2. This is par for the course with her, as she is an evil genius, escaping multiple pens, and straight up making us baby proof entire rooms. We easily replaced the missing closures with metal ones. and they have worked wonders for the winter. I can't wait to get them out in the summer for a nice, protected walk for her. I can't believe we didn't try these sooner. Such a great price, for a good product!

It’s hard to find the right booties for a 5 month old toy poodle weighing 5lb with tiniest feet. This was the closest thing that fits and some room to grow into.It’s easy to put them on and off and they stay put. Most importantly keep his feet dry. Takes very little time to get use to them. He had no trouble walking with them on. Probably will buy another set as spare for when the other set is drying up. Highly recommend for toy poodle feet type (no flat paws).
