AngelusShoe Wax Polish (Black)

This is nice shoe polish. Easy to work with. I bought the Cordova color. I put it on with a soft white cloth then buffed it with a shoe brush. Came out with a nice shine but it didn't cover spots with no polish at all like the kiwi brand does. Unlike the kiwi brand it seamed to suck the wax into the leather as opposed to sitting on top. I prefer that. I'll have to see how it holds up over time to determine if I change loyalties from the kiwi brand which I've used my entire life.

A while back I purchased the Angelus oxblood polish for a pair of English dr martens 1460 boots, the problem with the oxblood Docs is they get a little lighter as they age and the oxblood polish was giving them a slight pinkish tone. After a bit of research it was suggested that the Cordova would add a little more depth. I was a little nervous applying it the first time but they came out great! Still oxblood but a little deeper. I prefer angelus over kiwi for all my Docs as it feels more old school when working with it and shines really easily.

I am a Saphir snob.. but this is my go to polish for my non designer shoes.. this stuff give a "hard" shiney finish that hold up in Texas heat. .. love it

Exactly what I was looking for but couldn't find in any store. Navy blue shoe polish for my navy blue shoes which had been scuffed up. I used this polish and my shoes now look like new again.

Arrived as a dried out, shrunken, broken disc in a tin can. Order said medium brown. Can said brown. Darker than expected.

Protects leather well, great shine without either great technical skill or effort.

This is really good shoe polish. It looks a bit orangish, but greatly improved the looks of my worn leather loafers. It should last a long time, very little was needed for my shoes. The tin seems to be well made, to reduce drying of polish.
