CHESSUN Men's Tactical Belt Heavy Duty with Quick Release Metal Buckle - 1 PLY 1.5" Nylon Heavy Duty Everyday Belt

I just got this today. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering one of these belts because of all the negative comments about the belt slipping and the buckle coming un-done. So far with walking and doing normal bending and other motions, I haven't had any problems. The buckle holds and the belt does not slip AT ALL. So far I'm impressed. Some have asked if this could be used as a gun belt. I have a couple of thick leather gun belts that work great but I doubt any of these webbing belts could be considered a first class gun belt. But for the purpose I bought it for - moderate to sometime intense activity (without a gun), it works great so far!

This belt fits my 40" Waist 4 inches left over, figured I would get that out of the way. Now for the review. This Tacticool belt, will make you walk straighter, shoot faster with better aim, give you the ability to leap walls and even compliment your 511 pants and boots. I jest of course but so far this belt has been rock solid. I ordered the black version of this belt and a few of the reviews mention the belt opening up unexpected. Well its true the black belt has issues but this one hasn't (knock on wood) opened once unless I pressed the tabs. It fits standard belt loops and I cant feel no pull or pressure when I am carrying my Personal Protection Device.Rock on Chessun. This belt is a keeper.

Gotta say I needed a new tac belt like right then but had to do what I thought was cheaping out expecting to have to buy another one after getting paid again and ya know what I'm more than happy with this one for all of the people saying things like you have to un-do the whole one side of the belt, yeah ya do but that's kinda what you have to do with a quality wide tac belt that goes through your belt loops on your pants anyway. And if that's your butch then just go home seriously just go away. The belt itself is nice and thick with little to no stretch and so far I havent had it loosen itself at the buckle even a little bit. That is a feet in itself because, well folks I am insanely hard on pretty much everything. I've broken similar belts at least broken the buckles in no time at all. This still looks like its straight out of the packaging. Something some people might complain about is the release levers on the buckle are on the small side well guess what that means less surface area to catch on things and leave you with your pants around your ankles so again if you complain about that just go home. All around very happy with this belt! And when it comes time for a new one pretty sure I'll go with this exact same one again!

Must have been made on a Monday by someone hungover from a weekend bender. They sewed the slot for the buckle on the wrong side. The sewn end should be on the single slot side of the buckle and it's on the double meaning there is no way to secure the free end of the belt to anything so it just pulls free. We will see if this company responds to my messages but DO NOT attempt to go to the website address they include on their little insert as it tries to force you to allow them to "send notices" in order to access it.

The buckle, although plastic (great for TSA) is solidly built. Elastic (adjustable length) belt stretches enough to be comfortable yet still functional. I could have bought the next size smaller for my 34" (pants size). Wish they had it in a couple of colors.

This is a very solid, quality product. The buckle mechanism works easily. My only reservation is that there is eye-catching decoration on the buckle and chrome on its rivets: optimally the buckle and rivets would be as plain black as the belt itself.

Looks like a good belt, but if you need a 46 inch waist and you order a 46 inch belt you better be prepared to suck it up a bit! The belt strap might just make 46 inches in length, but by the time you loop it through the clasp on the buckle you will be hard pressed to get an actual 46 inch sized belt. It is unfortunate that the manufacturer feels they really need to save pennies by not giving you an extra inch of belt material so that you can actually attach the buckle and end up with a size 46 inch belt.

I’m not a fan of web style belts. They do not hold my pants up without constant adjustment. THIS belt, however, needed no adjustment the past two days. It fits in my work pants belt loops just fine, and is not difficult to figure out how to work. And it seems to be fine with my tool belt over it most of the day. I had no issue sitting, kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting water heaters, or on the floor scrubber. It’s an awesome belt. I WILL BE buying a couple more, one to be a sword belt. This thing is awesome! Will do another review on it in a couple months, but as of now with two days of use-I love it!
