Ancient Graffiti, 6.5 by 1 by 29", AG-1307 Flamed Bird Garden Stake, Multi-Colour, Copper

I bought these to put on the sides of our mailbox planter so no one would hit it especially in the snow. I love the way these little birds look at the end of my yard.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. I showed up broken; the bird was not attached to the post. It broke off above it's feet. And it doesn't look like it broke off in transit, it looks like it was twisted before it snapped. Fortunately, my mom is good with a soldering iron and insists she can solder it back together. I still feel bad for giving her a broken product as a gift.This bird is not a legit 3d sculpture. It's more like a flat bird that's puffed out and has a design on both sides. So looking at it straight on, it's flat (like stapling two pieces of paper together and putting stuffing in the middle).

There are nice welds, the bird body is full, don't have to have just once side to see the details. And it is pretty substantial. Will be looking at Ancient Graffiti's other products.

made well looks great needs to be a little more sturdy

I have ordered several of the garden stakes from here - they look nice and they are durable. Will order from them again.

This is an interesting garden stake. I just wish more care had been taken with its construction. The front and back halves are not the same size and don't match up. It looks great from only one angle, and it is supposed to be viewed 3--dimensionally. I would not have bought this if I had seen it in person.

I have lots of Ancient Graffiti garden ornaments and this one is a favorite. It's a great, visible size and so sweet. These copper-clad garden stakes are lovely. They are priced right and add such a whimsical element to your flowerbeds and landscaping.
