Arrived well packed. It's firm but moulds to your body. I am a side sleeper, have been using it for a week and I'm really happy with it. I don't wake up with back/shoulder pain, it's so comfortable I don't want to get out of bed! Very impressed with the quality. Good quality for it's price. Would totally recommend!

I wanted to wait 24 hours before I left a review, so that i could let the mattress sit and breath for a while and then test it out overnight.It arrived in a long box all rolled up and vac-packed. It was very heavy but the delivery man and my husband managed to bring it up the stairs.We unpacked it and as I began to take off the protective plastic, it began to whistle and hiss as it began to expand. We ordered the Super King 6ft, when it arrived all rolled my husband was convinced that I have brought the wrong size, within 5 minutes of unwrapping it, it had grown to full size.I let it lay for about 8 hours so that it was fully plumped up, we slept on it for the first time last night, and honestly, it is so comfortable. I normally wake up every hour but I slept for 6 hours straight last night.I would say that the mattress is medium firm but you do sink into it and it moulds well around your body, the top layer is soft and spongy. It is very thick and high, i have laid it on top of another mattress, as I like to be high up (like in the princess and the pea lol). It doesn't wobble and isn't unstable at all. it looks well made with good stitching and embroidery.I will update the review again in a month or so - once we've slept on it some more, to see if it starts losing its shape or becomes less comfortable. It also came with a 10 year warranty which is good. The information is on a card that is rolled up with the mattress, so if there are any manufacturing concerns i will be contacting them. The delivery was also super efficient and fast, it arrived within 3 days of ordering.I can't fault the mattress really, so far so good. I just hope my improved quality of sleep continues.UPDATE: I've been sleeping on the mattress for a month now and it's still amazingly comfortable. It has kept its shape and it is still providing me with a great nights sleep. Great buy 👌

i had the single version and took it camping on a fairly long and gruelling walking trip and it was perfect, but being that tired, so wold a pile of rubble. the king size seems much firmer but it is very well made and exceptionally well topped giving it a silky padded feel. i'm not too worried about the firmness as mattresses only get softer over the years and i reckon this one will give long service. well worth it

Needed a mattress for my sons mid sleeper. Was sceptical buying a mattress off here but I can honestly say it’s a great buy. Thick, comfy and a great price. No nasty smells from packaging either. Will be purchasing the double next. It was heavy when delivered but unfolds great on the bed and it was soon set up.

Was very nervous about buying online for this but took a gamble and it thankfully paid off. Absolutely love the mattress, got a king size and new bed frame at the same time.The mattress feels really expensive, we paid about 10 times more than this from John Lewis years ago and this feels better. Very supportive but soft. PFirst time with a foam not sprung mattress, great support. I’m a big guy over 110 kg my wife is tiny, no problems with us both on it.Loved it so much ordered x2 singles for the kids who are now thankfully back in their own beds and very happy.

Amazing mattress worth every penny

Very surprised with the quality of this mattress it's more comfortable than my Silentnight mattress that I paid three times the price. Grandson said feels like sleeping on a cloud! He wanted to take it home! Haha!Need to leave it 48- 72hrs to let it fully expand. The memory foam top is very comfortable and so far kept it's shape.
